Today would be my rest day, but I just had to do abs and leg work out again xD, I guess because the other day I finished a work out a day before and I sneezed multiple times and said, “OMG MY ABS! THEY HURT!” What a douchey saying haha!

was such a great day :) School, lunch, nap, late lunch, intern, work out, CHIPOTLE, and never looking at Tommy’s burger the same way again..

how many opportunities we get in a day to really turn things around but never seize that moment? If you have this tiny thought in the back of your mind telling yourself you really want something, wouldn’t you actually do it?

What do dreams really tell you?
I’ve always heard that the last thought in your mind before you go to sleep is what you might dream about that night. I’ve never had 3 dreams with the same person in it and all 3 dreams were different scenarios. What’s funny is that the way I would react in reality about the scenario was the way I acted in my dream scenario. So I guess my feelings intertwine with my dreams too.....

So a 10k is a little more than 6 miles. I surpassed the goal =) !!! except my right foot hurts, worth it! No pain, No gain!
